- If your fine is reduced you must pay the reduced fine within 14 days upon receipt of notification. Failure to do so will result in the fine going back to the original amount then doubled and put on your student account. Faculty/Staff who do not pay a reduced fine within 14 days will have the fine go back to the original amount and doubled and your vehicle will be immobilized or towed at your expense.
- If you cannot afford to pay a citation, obtain an appeal form and indicate that you wish to do community service work for the College in lieu of paying a fine.
- If you wish to appeal a citation and you have already used your free appeal, there will be a $10.00 administrative fee for each additional appeal that you file. Follow the second step and pay the $10.00 administrative fee to the Officer at the Public Safety gate.
- Moving violations (speeding, stop sign, etc.) can NOT be appealed. If you receive a citation for a moving violation you must contact the Director of Public Safety for a hearing.
