The mission of the Health and Wellness Center is to provide the students of Saint Mary’s College compassionate, confidential, high quality health care with the integration of the body, mind and spirit. We are committed to creating an environment that encourages students to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing to promote healthy lifestyles. We embrace diversity and strive to identify and address individual student needs. 

To this end, we will collaborate and cooperate with other parts of the SMC and community at large to educate the students, advocate a healthy lifestyle and to prevent disease.

The Health and Wellness Center is fully integrated with the mission of the College to create a student-centered educational community whose members support one another with mutual understanding and respect.
