12:15p.m. Commencement Rehearsal, McKeon Pavilion
All Graduates must attend the rehearsal. The rehearsal is very important to prepare for a memorable ceremony. The rehearsal runs until approximately 1:00p.m. Please inform your guests that seating in McKeon Pavilion will be limited to persons with disabilities or special needs until after rehearsal is completed.
1:45p.m. Procession Formation
You will need to return to the formation area at 1:40p.m. It is important that you return to the formation area at this time. We will not wait for you if you are late!
2:00p.m. Commencement Procession and Ceremony
Commencement is a time to celebrate the culmination of the effort you dedicated to your area of graduate study. It is a time for sharing with family, friends, faculty and staff the joy and result of your effort. It is a time to recognize and thank those most responsible for helping you arrive at this moment. And especially, it is a time to congratulate our graduates!
3:30 p.m. - 5:30p.m. Reception
Following the commencement ceremony, the graduates, their families, and college faculty and staff, are invited to a reception in their honor in the Soda Activity Center located next to McKeon Pavilion.
