Our mission is to educate men and women for positions of leadership and responsibility through distinguished programs of undergraduate and graduate study. Consistent with the traditions of Saint Mary’s College, we fulfill our mission by:
- Fostering the lifelong habit of liberal learning, the capacity for critical inquiry, the exercise of reason and reflection, and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively;
- Offering integrated and innovative curricula that promote professional and managerial competence;
- Providing, in the spirit of our Lasallian tradition, teaching excellence in a student-centered learning environment;
- Engaging students and faculty in the examination of issues which reflect our Catholic heritage, such as individual, organizational, and societal ethics and a concern for human welfare;
- Encouraging scholarship that explores significant issues in management and economics; and strengthening our partnership with business and other constituencies.
