Our innovative Hybrid Program raises the bar for executive MBA education. Unlike traditional online programs, Saint Mary's Hybrid Program combines traditional classroom learning with emerging technologies, giving you the right combination of convenience, flexibility, and personal attention. |
The Hybrid Program allows you to balance MBA classes with business travel or home obligations. You'll earn the same well-respected MBA degree as participants in our Executive MBA Program—with more flexibility. This program combines traditional Moraga campus sessions on alternate Saturdays with live, web-based class sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings. You can participate in the evening sessions, which last about 90 minutes, anywhere you can access the Internet.
Best of both worlds
You will take the same courses as participants in our traditional Executive MBA curriculum—however, you will use emerging technologies to interact with your professors and classmates between campus sessions.
Like our traditional EMBA participants, you'll gain the general management knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to advance your career, whether you want to move up to a "C-level" position, change careers or industries, or launch a business. Plus, you'll gain knowledge and contacts you'll be able to leverage at your current job—immediately. Just as important, you'll grow as an individual in a learning environment that encourages ethical and responsible leadership.

Live web-conferencing combined with our small online class sections limited to 12 participants, allow instructors to provide individual attention.

Your classmates will represent many industries and functional areas. We require a minimum of five years work experience—however, the typical Saint Mary's EMBA student is 38 years old, with 10.5 years of professional experience. Your Hybrid Executive MBA cohort will provide a strong support system and valuable network of business connections and friendships.
