Graduate Business Seminar: Barcelona Spain 2008
Event Flyer (PDF)The Saint Mary’s College of California Graduate Business Programs invite you to attend our Seminar on European Business in Barcelona, Spain June 26 – July 5, 2008.
GMAN 353 – International Management St. Mary’s has partnered with La Salle International Business School to provide an executive program that aims to raise awareness and give information about European business culture. Designed as an International Business Management course, this class will explore the significance of Europe’s impact on American and world economy and culture. This program will immerse participants in the new economic, cultural and institutional environment and managerial practices in the European Union. It will include lectures from European experts in management, government, cultural, and corporate as well as visits to corporations headquartered around Barcelona.
Specifically, the program should help participants understand how European business methods and customs differ from those used in America and other continents. Furthermore, the program aims to raise participant’s awareness of the unique ways in which new technologies impact industry and the management process in Spain.
