the lasallian educator fellowship program
The Lasallian Educator Fellowship Program has been created to educate teachers for Lasallian Schools. The teacher fellows will complete 1 academic year plus 1 summer of study in the Saint Mary's College Single Subject credential program.
Saint Mary's College is sponsoring the 5th year of post-BA study, which means that each fellow will attend the credential program gratuitously (no tuition). In exchange for this tuition waiver, the Lasallian Educator Fellow will be required to teach for a minimum of 3 years in a salaried position at one of the Christian Brothers' schools in the San Francisco District (ten high schools, 1 middle school). Lasallian schools are established to provide a quality ducation for youth, with a preference for serving the poor.
