The Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership strongly emphasizes research and evaluation, but it also allows you to explore individualized interest areas and apply your learning to issues that are specific to your work situation or personal interests. It is our goal to connect the work in the doctoral program to the social and political challenges facing education today.

- Synthesis experience required for advance to candidacy
- A minimum of (9) units of dissertation research
- Oral defense of the dissertation.
