Values Assessment and Coaching
In partnership with Values Technology, Inc., (www.valuestech.com
) the Center offers their unique Values Survey Instrument and Values Coaching to individuals, teams, and organizations. Values are the fundamental ideals that give meaning to our lives through the priorities we choose, and that connect us with the whole of humanity. The values we hold are the underpinnings of our interactions in our homes, jobs and communities. Value Technology’s Hall-Tonna Values Survey combined with individual and team coaching provide the opportunity to assess the value priorities underlying individual and group behavior. By gaining insight into these values, personal and organizational development is greatly enhanced.
The Center offers a variety of Values Assessment packages for individuals, teams and organizations, all starting with the extraordinary 125-Question Hall-Tonna Survey, which identifies the core values that structure human attitudes, beliefs, ethics and behaviors. Increased awareness of your values priorities can help clarify your life purpose and bring greater fulfillment.
Additional package options include:
▪Personal survey interpretation and discussion
▪One-hour coaching sessions for individuals and/or groups.
▪Development of personal strategy statements and action plans based on survey results.
