Upon completing the Computer Science Split major you will be able to:
- Effectively communicate computer science ideas and concepts in both oral and written forms using scientific reasoning, terminology and symbols;
- Initiate and pursue scholarly investigations and activities;
- Find and use appropriate computer science literature resources;
- Determine when and how to apply computer science techniques in problem solving;
- Demonstrate knowledge of the connections between computer science and your chosen concentration; and
- Immediately begin your professional career or enter a graduate or certification program.
