We believe going through the review board should not be seen as a "punishment" but rather a learning process. It's important to us to foster integrity.

• Students who are reported are given a student council member as an advisor to help them through the whole process. On top of an advisor, the Coordinator and Co-Chairs are available as another source of support to help guide the student to a positive place. Our goal is to provide an open and comfortable environment because being reported can be an emotional and stressful time for a student.

Another part of the learning process for a reported student is to go through the Integrity Seminar.

• Students who are found in violation are required to successfully complete this seminar if they would like an "X" to be taken off of their transcipt.  An "X" indicates that an honor code violation has occured. This seminar is meant for rehabilitation and gets a lot of positive feedback from students who have gone through the process.To learn more, visit the Integrity Seminars page.

This support is not only unique to the student, but also to the faculty member.

• Often times reporting a student is a difficult time for faculty, and we do our best to counsel in the most appropriate way possible to provide comfortability and an outcome that everyone sees fit.
