Graduation Fair
The Graduation Fair is designed to be a one-stop shopping experience for all undergraduates graduating in May of 2009. The Graduation Fair is scheduled for March 3 and 4 from 10 am to 4 pm and will be held in the Soda Activity Center on Campus. SMC representatives (e.g., Registrar, Alumni, Career Center, etc.) and vendors (e.g., Jostens, various caterers and rental companies providing reception furnishings from tables to tents, etc.) will be in the Soda Activity Center to discuss your concerns and graduation needs. Please budget at least one hour to talk with the different representatives and to gather all the pertinent information you will need (cap & gown sizing, personalized announcements, diploma frames, etc.) to make your graduation a tremendous success.
It's a fun experience, and we will be communicating with you more about this after the second semester starts.
Senior Survey
During the Graduation Fair you will be asked to complete a survey about your undergraduate experiences at SMC. Your feedback is extremely important to the College, as it will be used to improve the effectiveness of our undergraduate programs and services. More detailed information regarding the survey administration will be posted on the graduation website in the coming months, but we wanted to let you know about it in advance so that you can plan to complete the survey during your visit to the Graduation Fair. Your participation is critical and will be very much appreciated.
