Requirements for these academic honors:
The Dean's List
Full-time students with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.50 or better for a term are inscribed on the Dean's List.
Honors at Graduation
To graduate with honors, undergraduate students must achieve the following cumulative grade point averages for all college work:
Summa cum laude: 3.85 or better
Magna cum laude: 3.70 or better
Cum laude: 3.50 or better
Transfer students must complete at least 9 courses at Saint Mary's with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or better in order to qualify for graduation with honors.
