Travel Course Registration Guidelines

Registration for travel classes is March 15th thru April 22th

  1. All travel courses require the instructor's pre-approval, the pre-registration meeting for that class is mandatory.
  2. In order to register, you must make a full payment for the cost of your class.
  3. Payments for travel courses are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled.
  4. If a student withdraws from a course due to an emergency, the student may petition for a partial refund. Petitions must be done in writing and submitted to the Business Office. Refund petitions under these circumstances will be considered after all expenses related to the course have been paid. Any amounts paid on behalf of the student will be deducted from the deposit amount, prior to refund.
