Students pursuing a teaching credential are eligible for the Federal Pell Grant and the state Cal Grant.
The Federal Pell Grant
You may receive up to $4,050 in annual Pell Grant funding for the duration of your teaching credential program.
The Cal Grant
If you received Cal Grant funding as an undergraduate you can usually extend your grant for an additional 2 terms, up to $9,708 annually. Contact the Financial Aid Office to request CSAC form G-44.
