Dependent Verification Worksheet (pdf): If you are a dependent student as defined by the Department of Education, the Dependent Verification Worksheet must be completed and signed by the student and his or her parent. Please return to the Saint Mary's College Financial Aid Office with signed copies of the 2007 Federal tax returns for the custodial parent(s) and student, if filed or to be filed.
Independent Verification Worksheet (pdf): If you are an independent student as defined by the Department of Education, the Independent Verification Worksheet must be completed and signed by the student. Please return to the Saint Mary's College Financial Aid Office with a signed copy of the 2007 Federal tax return for the student and spouse (if the student has a spouse), if filed or to be filed.
Student/Parent Non-Filer Form (pdf): If the student and/or the parents were not required to complete a tax return for 2007, please complete the appropriate section of the form, sign, and return to the Financial Aid Office.
Worksheets A, B, and C (pdf): These worksheets record untaxed income or credits which you may have received in 2007. Please complete the sections(s) required, sign, and return to the Financial Aid Office.
Asset Worksheet (pdf): If you are requested to do so by our office, please complete, sign, and return the Asset Worksheet to the Financial Aid Office
