Transfer admissions process
There is a $55 USD non-refundable application fee for all applicants. Saint Mary's College accepts transfer applications for the Fall Semester, January Term and Spring Semester. The deadlines for transfer applications are as follows:

Transfer students seeking admission for the Fall term and considering financial aid need to be accepted by the Financial Aid Priority Deadline of February 15 in order to have the best opportunity of receiving aid.
After the admissions deadlines, applications will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only complete applications will be considered for admission. Applicants will be officially notified by the Admissions Committee as soon as possible.
Students who have all application materials in by the Priority Deadline will hear back from the Admissions Committee by the second week of February. If accepted, these students are not required to enroll early or to pay an early deposit.
Saint Mary's College accepts only the Common Application. You may apply online or download an application. As you prepare to submit your application, please pay attention to the appropriate deadlines mentioned above. Printed application materials should be sent to:
