A Call for Alumni Association Award Nominees
Each year Saint Mary's College of California's Alumni Association honors deserving Gaels and friends by bestowing six different awards for outstanding service to the SMC community. If you know of a deserving Gael or an individual who has benefited our College please fill out the nomination form by:

Alumnus/Alumna of the Year
Awarded to the alumna/us whose professional accomplishments and consistent service to the College, exemplify the spirit and dedication of the Saint Mary's College graduate. View past recipients >

Awarded in recognition of the continuing importance of alumni assistance in promoting the best interests of Saint Mary's College. View past recipients >
Signum Fidei Award
Award for outstanding participation in the goals of higher education, in the spirit of the founder of the Christian Brothers, patron of all teachers, Saint John Baptist De La Salle. View past recipients >
G.O.L.D. (Gaels Of the Last Decade) Award
Presented to an alumna/us, who graduated within the last 10 years from the year of the award, in recognition of their ongoing and noteworthy support of the current students and recent alumni of Saint Mary's College and/or their local community. View past recipients >
Honorary Alumnus/Alumna
Awarded to a non-graduate, in recognition of outstanding service and dedication to all members of the Saint Mary's College Community. View past recipients >
Saint John Baptist De La Salle Award
Presented to a member of the full-time undergraduate faculty who has, over a period of years, demonstrated a personal commitment to the students of Saint Mary's College as evidenced by concern for the students as individuals and availability to the students outside of the classroom and commitment to professional excellence by remaining current in his or her field of academic endeavor.
