BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Alumni Board Constitution states: The Alumni Board of Directors shall include a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 directors at large. The elected officers of this Association are President, President Elect, and three Vice Presidents. The appointed officers of the Association shall be Chaplain and Parliamentarian. Directors are appointed for a term of three years, renewable once. The Alumni Association meets five times a year. The annual meeting is held in May and is open to all alumni.
