Exhibit explores evolution of winemaking:
SMC professor Paola Sensi-Isolani, with the help of Lisa Pieraccini '88, created the new exhibit, "Planting Roots, Reaping the Harvest," which examines how generations of Italians influenced California's wine industry. It is now open through Jan. 28, 2007 at the Museo ItaloAmericano in San Francisco. Read about the exhibit:

Record-breaking soccer goal makes headlines:

Rita Garcia MHPE&R '88 was featured in a Gilroy Dispatch story on Oct. 26 about her retirement from Saint Louise Regional Hospital where she served as vice president of facilities and hospitality. Garcia, who lives in Morgan Hill, spent 27 years working in hospital administration.

Joanne Levy-Prewitt ECR '94 writes a weekly syndicated column on college admissions called "College Bound" that runs in the San Francisco Chronicle and other newspapers. Levy-Prewitt has been an independent college admissions adviser working with high school students in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003.
