Forgot Password
This page is for alumni who already have an SMC Email Account. To activate your account, please visit our "Create Your SMC Email Account" page.
If you have forgotten your password for your alumni e-mail, please enter your primary e-mail address (that we would have on file) and your user name here. Your password will be reset to a randomly generated password, which will be sent to your primary e-mail account and which you can use to log on to your SMC Email Account. You may always change your password once you are in logged in to your SMC Alumni Email account by clicking on Settings then the Password tab.
If your primary e-mail address happens to be your Saint Mary's alumni e-mail address, this form will not work and you will need to e-mail the SMC Alumni System Administrator at alumni@stmarys-ca.edu to retrieve your new password. Please include your name, class year, primary e-mail address and SMC Alumni user name in your e-mail. Or, call the SMC Alumni Hotline at (925) 631-4891.
