Dean Tracy, Founder of Job Connections and Executive Search Professional.
Dean Tracy is a Professional Recruiter, Public Speaker and Career Coach based in Northern California with an emphasis on placing and coaching professionals at a national level. In addition to being a Microsoft Gold Partner, he is a Contributing Author for the "Career Advice" section on high-profile career boards such as CareerBuilder, The Ladders & Six-Figure Jobs and his personality and enthusiasm have inspired hundreds in the midst of their career transitions.

In January 2002, Dean redefined the Job Connections Outreach Program at Community Presbyterian Church in Danville, which is designed to assist professionals in transition. Under Dean's leadership, with more than 3,000 participants and approximately 65 volunteers, this program has grown to become one of the largest and most reputable professional groups in the Greater Bay Area.
Additionally, Dean is the Chairperson for the Annual Northern California Career and Leadership Summit, a well-known half-day conference designed to enrich the qualities of professionals in becoming strong leaders in the home, workplace and community.
In August 2008, Dean developed the National Leadership and Career Management Advisory Group, a multifold Advisory Group, comprised of experts in their respective fields, designed to enhance all aspects of Leadership Development & Advancement, Corporate Visibility & Market-Share and Human Capital & Resource Management through our extensive national partner alliance and advisory network.
Dean has four grown children, one granddaughter and resides in San Ramon with his wife if 28 years, Denise. He is also a Great Nephew to the late Actor, Spencer Tracy. |

Kim Litton, Lee Hecht Harrison Senior Career Coach and Career Management Professional. Kim is a Senior Career Coach with Lee Hecht Harrison, a talent solutions company and global leader in career transition and leadership training. Kim has provided career coaching and workshop facilitation for hundreds of displaced employees in the East Bay Area. Kim is also an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in operations and human resource positions. |
Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison Kim’s experience included a broad range of leadership and operating roles within a Fortune 200 company. Her roles included various senior level positions, including Call Center Operations Director for one of the largest utility call center operations in the country, and many years of recruitment and selection process experience.
Kim also works as a consultant with Senn Delaney Leadership, a global leader in organizational culture shaping, and specializes in workshop facilitation and executive coaching. Kim brings a unique balance of operating and human resource skills, as well as extensive change management experience.Kim holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. |

Tom Loari, SING (St. Isidore’s Networking Group) Co-Facilitator. Tom is a career life science executive with 30 years of growing multi-national medical technology companies and successfully commercializing over twenty innovative medical devices including one drug/device combination product. Prior to general management roles, he gained hands-on experience in Europe and in all business functions as a turnaround specialist for American Hospital Supply’s (AHSC) Medical Specialty and International Groups.

In his career Tom has served as Chairman and CEO for Mercator MedSystems Inc; Chairman for CardioProfile, Inc (Quest); Chairmand and CEO for KeraVision, Inc (Addition Tech); President for ABA BioSciences; President for Novacor (World Heart); Division Prsident and Director of Operations for American Hospital Supply (Baxter), to name a few. He has lectured and written extensively on medical technology innovation and its implications for health care public policy, including articles in the Wall Street Journal, Royal Academy of Engineering World Technology Update, the Journal of Applied Manufacturing Systems, and the Journal of Refractive Surgery.
Tom is also active in the non-profit sector as a board member and volunteer. He presently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Graduate Theological Union (Berkeley, CA.); and Co-Chairperson, SING (Danville, CA), a faith based organization helping those in career transition. |

Recently Susan founded and facilitates the East Bay Women’s Job Search Network a networking group that meets once a month in Walnut Creek. The group helps women find meaningful work in the Bay Area. |
