A highly regarded, rigorous, and innovative education especially designed for working adults.
- Interactive, based on adult learners’ expectation to be active partners in the learning process;
- well suited for working mid-career professionals with experience in leadership;
hybrid/online format - a combination of online and in-person, classroom learning;
- in-person, Saturday class sessions are held, on average, once a month on the Moraga campus;
cohort-based - a supportive peer network that enhances collaborative learning and retention;
integrated - a sequence of 12 interrelated courses;
accelerated - courses are eight weeks long; students work a minimum of 20 hours weekly on course assignments;
a transfer program - applicants have already earned two-years of college credit (64 semester units).
Prior Learning Assessment - Students have the opportunity to have their college-comparable prior experiential learning assessed for elective credit. As part of the coursework, students will create an Experiential Learning Portfolio that documents their learning during the course of the program.
