Our next cohort begins in September.

The chief qualities sought in a candidate for admission are intellectual and experiential preparation, seriousness of purpose, and moral integrity.

Candidates will be considered on the basis of the quality of their composite applications, including:

  • a minimum of three years work experience, paid or unpaid
  • a minimum of 64 semester units* of acceptable transfer credit from accredited post-secondary institutions with a minimum grade of  “C-“ and overall GPA of 2.0.  (Acceptable courses are those that would be also transferable to the University of California; career-related professional courses that are also transferable only to the California State University systems may also be accepted.)
  • two letters of recommendation
  • personal statement of goals and objectives

 *Applicants with fewer than 64 units should contact us for pre-admission advising.

Please note:  We have a rolling admissions process, which means we review complete applications and make admissions decisions as applications are received.  A complete application includes receipt of all official transcripts and recommendations.
