Interests
- Research, Scholarly, Creative Interests
- My general field of specialization involves all aspects of contemporary business including accounting, finance, marketing, and human resources management, whether domestic or international.
- In recent years I have done book reviews for publishers of textbooks in organization behavior and theory. My own supplemental textbook, Asian Pacific Americans in the Workplace, written to promote greater understanding in the diverse workplace, was published in October, 1997.
- Although my early research projects were mainly directed toward issues primarily affecting women and minorities in contemporary organizations, and toward business behavior in Pacific Rim countries, my future research will expand into the unique human resources concerns of today's globally interdependent workforce and the importance of resolving ethical dilemmas and promoting social responsibilities in the rapidly changing business environment.
