Coffeehouses It's all about the hands on experience at our Coffeehouses. Throughout the year, you will have a chance to paint your own pottery, build a stuffed animal, decorate your own spirit shirt and create a gingerbread house from scratch. There is always coffee and treats to enjoy while you partake in a fun Wednesday night with your friends. |

Friday Night Live You don't need to go all the way to San Francisco to catch some of the best entertainment in the Bay Area. Friday Night Live brings the fun to Saint Mary's. Catch some of the hottest comedians, outstanding magicians and world’s best hypnotists. Learn how to tango, salsa and swing as you dance the night away with your friends. Your weekend will always be off to a great start with Friday Night Live! |

Gaels on the Go Do you ever wonder how Jelly Belly Candies are made? Have you ever encountered an albino alligator or tried to figure out how three men escaped from Alcatraz Island in 1962? Saturdays will never be the same as you hop on the bus with Gaels on the Go and head all over the Bay Area. Past excursions have taken students to the California Academy of Sciences, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Ice Skating in Union Square, Alcatraz Island, an SF Giants Baseball Game and the SF Museum of Modern Art. |

Gael Cinema C.A.B. shows some of the hottest films of the year before they are released on DVD. These free films are shown on the big screen. Fresh popcorn and candy are available to enjoy. |

Social Justice Engaging issues are presented in creative ways through our Social Justice series which focuses on improving social and multicultural awareness. Past Social Justice programs have included Recycled Art, Make Your Own Sweatshop Free Shirts, Invisible Children, Safe Zone Workshop, and Caring Through Cookies. |

Dances and Concerts Some of the major events on campus are the Dances and Concerts presented by Campus Activities Board. Oasis kicks off the start of the year at the end of September and brings out over 1,500 students to dance under the stars. The year wraps up with Gaelapalooza, a free festival, which features great local bands, interactive activities, inflatable attractions and a great bbq. Throughout the year, C.A.B. puts on dances for students to enjoy. Past dance themes have included: Superhero , I Love The 80's, Halloween Horror and the Mardi Gras. |
