Check out the variety of programs that are presented each year through the Campus Activities Board.

Late Night Programming

You don't need to go all the way to San Francisco to catch some of the best entertainment in the Bay Area. Friday Night Live brings the fun to Saint Mary's. Catch some of the hottest comedians, outstanding magicians and world’s best hypnotists. Learn how to tango, salsa and swing as you dance the night away with your friends. Your weekend will always be off to a great start with Friday Night Live!

Gaels on the Go

Do you ever wonder how Jelly Belly Candies are made? Have you ever encountered an albino alligator or tried to figure out how three men escaped from Alcatraz Island in 1962? Saturdays will never be the same as you hop on the bus with Gaels on the Go and head all over the Bay Area. Past excursions have taken students to the California Academy of Sciences, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Ice Skating in Union Square, Alcatraz Island, an SF Giants Baseball Game and the SF Museum of Modern Art.

Gael Cinema

C.A.B. shows some of the hottest films of the year before they are released on DVD. These free films are shown on the big screen. Fresh popcorn and candy are available to enjoy.

Dances and Concerts

Some of the major events on campus are the Dances and Concerts presented by Campus Activities Board. Oasis kicks off the start of the year at the end of September and brings out over 1,500 students to dance under the stars. The year wraps up with Gaelapalooza, a free festival, which features great local bands, interactive activities, inflatable attractions and a great bbq. Throughout the year, C.A.B. puts on dances for students to enjoy. Past dance themes have included: Superhero , I Love The 80's, Halloween Horror and the Mardi Gras.
