PerryElissa Perry, MFA, is a consultant and educator whose passions focus on organizational learning and development that brings together people, tools and ideas toward a common goal. Elias

Dean Elias, EdD, is a professor at Saint Mary’s who focuses on educating leaders for social transformation. Dean began his professional work as a community organizer and has developed two adult-serving higher education institutions. For the past forty years, he has served as a management consultant for a wide variety of for-profit, non-profit and government institutions, from foundations to health care providers to school districts to multi-national corporations.


Spirituality & Social Justice: Sustenance for the Journey

QuickleyGeorge Quickley, SJ, is the pastor of Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church in West Oakland. Prior to his arrival in Oakland, George lived for 15 years in Nigeria as a retreat director and then Provincial of the North-West African Province of the Jesuits. He has experience in urban ministry, community development, prison ministry, and faith-justice formation and is a celebrated preacher.
