showcases writing from the Collegiate Seminar Program, while features writing from any non-Collegiate Seminar Program classes. Both professors and students can nominate any writing from the current calendar year (i.e. JanTerm 2015-Fall 2015). While we accept submissions throughout the year, our deadline for both journals is December 31, 2015.
If you would like to be considered for next year’s publications, review the instructions listed below:
- Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Attach all submissions as Word documents
- In the subject line, write either “Spectrum Submission 2016 (Your Name)” or “Undergraduate Submission 2016 (Your Name)”
- If you are selected as a semi-finalist, you must come in for 3 one-on-one sessions with writing advisers to move on to the final round of judging.
All submissions will be judged by writing advisers and faculty members during JanTerm 2016, and finalists will be notified
