The Archives welcomes transfer from departments and offices of the College of academic and administrative records that can help document the work and history of the College. Documents in a variety of formats are welcome – paper (bound and loose leaf), photographic negatives, transparencies, and prints, as well as digital records. Records to transfer may include:

  • correspondence
  • reports
  • minutes and agendas of meetings
  • brochures and posters
  • formal and informal publications (whether distributed just on campus or more widely)
  • photos, video, and audio recordings
  • project reports and theses from academic programs

Please contact the Archivist when considering transfer of records. We may be able to help with selection and arrangement of the records.
