Did you know the library has a room equipped with a media control podium, a ceiling-mounted projector, a microphone, speakers, TV & a wall-mounted digital camera to record presentations?
Located on the third floor in the library, this room is our Student Presentation Practice Room & is available for students to book. This state of the art learning environment was designed to promote active & collaborative learning and knowledge creation while allowing students to practice & capture classroom presentations.
For the next Ask a Librarian workshop, Rob Limon & Margaret Brown-Salazar will show off this high-tech room and provide an opportunity for participants to try it out.
Save the date: April 17th, 2013, 12:45 - 1:45.
Where: Meet in the 3rd floor group study room. Take the elevator to the third floor; it is the first door you will see as you exit the elevator.
