Nick Flynn is the author of "Another Bullshit Night in Suck City," a memoir about working in a Boston homeless shelter and his relationship with his down-and-out father. He is also the author of two books of poems, including "Some Ether," which won the PEN/Joyce Osterweil Award and was a finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Prize.
