Sue Miller is the author of the new best-selling novel, "The Senator's Wife." Her previous books include "The Good Mother," an international bestseller; "Family Pictures," a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award; "While I Was Gone," an Oprah's Book Club pick; "The World Below" and "Lost in the Forest." She is also the author of the memoir "The Story of My Father," and her work has appeared in numerous periodicals, including Mademoiselle, The Atlantic, and Ploughshares. Miller will serve as Distinguished Writer in Residence at Saint Mary's College in the Spring of 2008.
