NouVeau is a section for new people. Making one's way through the slush-pile of submissions can be tough. With NouVeau, the editors of MARY want to recognize writers who are not yet widely published, but who will be. We hope to focus on fresh voices-- work rich in craft and style. We take our cue from Stein: "all the coats have a different shape, that does not mean that they differ in color, it means a union between use and exercise and a horse."
