This page is for alumni who already have a Jerome account. To activate your account, please visit our "Create Your Jerome Account" page.
If you have forgotten your password for Jerome or alumni e-mail, please enter your primary e-mail address (that we would have on file) and your Jerome user name here. Your password will be reset to a randomly generated password, which will be sent to your primary e-mail account and which you can use to log on to Jerome. You may always change your password once you are in Jerome.
If your primary e-mail address happens to be your Saint Mary's alumni e-mail address, this form will not work and you will need to e-mail the Jerome System Administrator at help@alumni.stmarys-ca.edu to retrieve your new password. Please include your name, class year, primary e-mail address and Jerome user name in your e-mail. Or, call the Jerome Hotline at (925) 631-4891.
