Facilities Services Work Order Requests are submitted and managed through a web-based system named

Please follow the steps below to submit your requests. You may contact Facilities Services at extension x4286 if you experience any problems. We'll be happy to walk you through the process.

Please read all of these steps before proceeding to the work order link below. 

School Dude now requires each user to set up an individual password. 

One logged in, the *PASSWORD TO SUBMIT A WORK ORDER: gaels (all lowercase)

Submit a work order request

First Time User Setup (or if you are not able to log in as usual)

Step 1 Click on the link below (this will open in a new window and take you to the new application).
Step 2 Enter your email address (the one you currently use)
Step 3 Click on "Forgot Password?"

You will need to follow the instructions you receive in the email you receive.  If requested, use

Account Number 18759308.


The setup process is now complete.

Submitting a Request
The following steps shall be used for submitting a request. Your email account (the one you used in step 2 above) will be your login for all future requests. Status updates will also be sent to that email address.

Work Request Steps:

Step 1 Select a LOCATION
Step 2 Select a BUILDING
Step 3 If applicable, select an AREA
Step 4 Enter a ROOM NUMBER (i.e. 101A)
Step 5 Click on one PROBLEM TYPE
Step 6 Describe your need(s) as completely as possible
Step 7 If you wish, you can ATTACH A FILE, such as a diagram, a photo, etc.
Step 8 Enter the SUBMITTAL PASSWORD: gaels
Step 9 Click SUBMIT

You may wish to save the SchoolDude request page as a Bookmark or Favorite or simply return to this page and click on the link provided below.  To view past work orders, follow the process to create a work order and at the top of the final page, click on the "My Requests" tab.
