The Faculty Welfare Committee represents the faculty on appropriate committees by participating in discussion and determination of financial priorities, faculty salaries, and fringe benefits, and by promoting and protecting faculty interest in matters concerning working conditions, such as office space, secretarial assistance, communications, and parking facilities.
