The information given in this Faculty Handbook of Saint Mary's College of California is accurate as of July 2006. The provisions relating to the terms and conditions of faculty employment were approved by the Board of Trustees on May 19, 2006, to be effective July 1, 2006.This is the Faculty Handbook referred to in the Faculty Letters of Appointment. To the extent that there is a conflict between the contents of the Faculty Handbook and those of any other faculty manuals or handbooks, including but not limited to the Schools of Education and Extended Education, and the Graduate Business Program, this Faculty Handbook takes precedence.
