Saint Mary's College of California Computer and Technology Services (CaTS) offers a wide variety of equipment and supplies for any group. Below is the list of different service options that they provide. Our packages are meant to meet your needs and to we are willing to customize to make your event how you envisioned it.

Multimedia Projector Package: This package includes a laptop connection, Blue Ray DVD (or VHS), Projector, Screen, Laptop speakers or connection to house sound system. Options include Cable TV playback, Surround sound speakers, large screen, rear screen, and Technical support for your event and conference presentations.

LCD (Flat Screen) Display Package:   This package includes a 56" Flat Screen,  Mac computer (MAC Computer has both MAC and Windows Operating systems available), Blue Ray DVD (or VHS), Projector, and speakers.

Teleconference and Webinar Package:   This package is custom designed to meet your large or small room conferencing needs. It can accommodate from 2-600 people.  Phone and/or high speed Internet connection, teleconferencing equipment, and audio package included according to whatever you need.

Custom Audio Packages: Please tell us what you want to do, and we will create a custom microphone and music package that ranges from portable PA and mics, to fully engineered audio support for music, performance, multiple wireless mics for panel discussions and interactive presentations.   We can also support "karaoke" style events mixing music, video projection, and microphones.   

Smart Classroom package and support:  We have state of the art media classrooms with projector, laptop connection, built in computers, Desktop cameras, Blue Ray DVD, and surround sound.  We also have trained staff that will support you in all operations of your Smart Classroom.

Media Lite Classroom package and support: We offer classrooms with a large LCD Flat screen TVs mounted on the wall with  built in DVD and VHS and connection port for laptops. Our trained staff will support you in having smooth AV operations.

Also, we offer a full array of Miscellaneous Presentation items, such as Easels, flip charts, extension cords, power stations for laptops and cell phones, and meeting items for your use.

Event staging and support is offered in our fully customizable Soda Event Center. We have fixed spotlights, and a variety of staging configurations for theater style seating, gala dinners, fashion shows, dramatic presentations, or panel discussions. Contact us with your vision for your spectacular event!

Saint Mary's also offers complimentary WI-FI Internet access through our state of the art "SMC guest access" wireless network.
