Below is the list of different service options provided. Not only do we have an ala carte menu of media services but our packages are meant to meet your needs and we are willing to customize your package to aid in the success of your event. Our technicians are dedicated to support your meeting from start to finish. Saint Mary's also offers complimentary WI-FI Internet access through our state of the art "SMC guest access" wireless network.
- Multimedia Projector Package: Laptop connection, Blue Ray, DVD or VHS, projector, screen, sound system and technical support. Additional options provided.
- LCD Flat Screen Display Package: 56" Flat Screen, computer connection, Blue Ray, DVD or VHS, and speakers.
- Teleconference and Webinar Package: Custom designed to accommodate from 2-600 people. Phone and/or high speed Internet connection, teleconferencing equipment, and audio package included.
- Custom Audio Packages: Custom microphone and music package that ranges from a portable PA system to fully engineered audio support for music, performance; or multiple wireless mics for panel discussions and interactive presentations. We can also support "karaoke" style events mixing music, video projection, and microphones.
- Smart Classroom package and support: State of the art media classrooms with projector, laptop connection, built in computers, desktop cameras, Blue Ray, DVD, and surround sound and technical support.
- Media Lite Classroom package and support: Classrooms with large LCD Flat screen TVs mounted on the wall with built in DVD and VHS and connection port for laptops and technical support.
We also offer a full array of miscellaneous presentation items, such as easels, flip charts, extension cords, power stations for laptops and cell phones for your use.
Event staging and support is offered in our fully customizable Soda Activity Center. We have fixed spotlights, and a variety of staging configurations for theater style seating, gala dinners, fashion shows, dramatic presentations, or panel discussions.
