Conferences with overnight accommodations must purchase 80% of their meals through Sodexo. During the summer, Sodexo offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner cafeteria style in Oliver Hall. With advance notice they also have the ability to provide boxed meals to go. Accommodations for food allergies and dietary needs can be made; however, please specify the requests prior to arrival.

Oliver Hall's menu changes each day. But on virtually any given day, one can expect a  full salad bar, freshly cut fruit, whole fruit, yogurt, granola, cookies and pastries, pizza, a sandwich section, a grill section (ex. cheeseburgers and fries), a main dish section (ex. burritos, grilled chicken, pasta...), dessert, Coke soda products, juice, milk, hot chocolate, and coffee. Food is served buffet style and one payment permits access for the duration of the meal length.

Summer hours for Oliver Hall are:

            Breakfast 8:00AM – 8:45AM

            Lunch 11:30AM – 1:00PM

            Dinner 5:00PM – 6:00PM

In addition to Oliver Hall, Café Louis also offers delicious Starbucks drinks and various snacks.

Café Louis’ Summer hours are:

            Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 2:00PM; 5:00PM – 8:30PM

            Saturday 7:30AM – 2:00PM
