The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano works to end hunger and increase access to affordable, nutritious food for low-income individuals and families through a comprehensive group of programs that combat hunger and its causes. On Wednesday, May 25th, a dozen Saint Mary's College graduate business alumni (and some future Gaels) got together to pitch in. "I've been meaning to do more with Saint Mary's since I graduated with my MBA in 1998. This surpasses any expectations I had. Can't wait to do more with this group!" says Jennifer Schneider (MBA, 1998). Dana DuRee, a recent Saint Mary's College graduate (2010) says ""As much fun as the social events are, these SERVE events are a great way to meet and work with more fellow alums." Professor Mike Leary, Saint Mary's Graduate Business Faculty/Alumni Liaison, who organized and spearheaded this effort, says, "Great people do great things. And these SERVE events are what Saint Mary's College Graduate Business is all about."
