The best way to apply as an international student is to complete everything and send it as one packet (except for the official transcript, which should be sent directly from your university).
Here is what should be in the packet:
1. Packet Coversheet (FA2013) (SP2014) (SU2014)
2. Official Transcript of a Bachelor's Degree
3. Transcript Evaluation
4. TOEFL score report
5. 3 Letters of Recommendation (sealed envelope)
6. Previous I-20 or immigration status documentation
7. Copy of Passport
8. Statement of Financial Resources

The Center is the home for international students at Saint Mary's and is the first stop that international student make on campus. CIP staff assists students with a variety of needs including immigration and visa advisement, academic advisement, and adjustment to campus life. The CIP provides an interactive orientation program, academic counseling, tutorial services, and social and intercultural communication programs. As home for the SMC International Club, the Center is the place to gather and meet students from a number of countries.

How to get Transcript Evaluation:

TOEFL Score Requirements
Performance on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) examination for participants who have received their undergraduate degree overseas. The TOEFL requirements: 550 Paper Based, 213 Computer Based, 79 - 80 New Internet Based. Please submit a scan or printed copy of the score report.
