The best way to apply as an international student is to complete everything and send it as one packet (except for the official transcript, which should be sent directly from your university).

Performance on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) examination for participants who have received their undergraduate degree overseas. The TOEFL requirements: 550 Paper Based, 213 Computer Based, 79 - 80 New Internet Based. Please submit a scan or printed copy of the score report.
Applicants who received their undergraduate degree overseas can choose to take and submit their scores for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) in place of the TOEFL examination. Applicants must have a minimum 6.5 IELTS band to be considered for admission.
