What: How to Network Effectively + Speed Networking. This workshop will provide you with strategic information and tools beyond simply writing a resume. Networking is about building relationships, getting to know people to exchange information and ideas, passing along leads and contacts and supporting one another.
Who: The workshop will be lead by Dr. Linda Herkenhoff, Saint Mary's College, Professor of Organizational Behavior and Quantitive Analysis, is the past Executive Director of Human Resources for Stanford University; a VP of Human Resources with EDS, and she played a consulting role for senior management in Bechtel. During her industry career, she has lived/worked in Canada, USA, China, India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, France, the Netherlands, Nepal, Thailand, Scotland, England, South Africa, Argentina, and Brazil.
