Performance Management activities include setting expections, observing performance, providing feedback, coaching, recognizing and rewarding, and delivering performance reviews.

Training on Performance Management Best Practices will be held November 14, from 9 AM to 12 PM in Hagerty.

In Spring 2013, we will launch the new web-based system for performance reviews. At that time, there will be additional performance management training for supervisors, along with workshops on using the Halogen system.
