New Employee Orientation 

Orientations are offered new employees approximately every three months. They cover the organizational structure of and who's who at Saint Mary's, the LaSallian tradition, key policies, and the history of Saint Mary's College. A tour and lunch are included. See the HR Calendar for dates.

Team Development 

Human Resources facilitates team building and team development for departments and work groups on campus. Each session is customized to meet the needs of your department or team to enhance team effectiveness. These sessions can cover a wide range of topics and exercises to facilitate group development, goal & strategic planning, workplace communication, understanding individual and team styles, and foster the teamwork of new managers and team members. Instruments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and LIFO (Life Orientations) can be used to help understand differences, styles and group dynamics.
