Inspiring Wonder: A new traveling series featuring Saint Mary's College Faculty for Alumni, Parents and Friends

What: The first event of the series; The Supreme Court's Role in American Politics. Judge Sonia Sotomayor's appointment to the U. S. Supreme Court refocused attention on the Courts in our system of government. Does the Court simply "follow the law" or does it also "make policy?" What qualifications should the president consider when nominating justices?
