Intercultural Development (ID) programs engage students in building an inclusive community at Saint Mary's. ID fosters intercultural communication skills, identity development, and allyship.
ID programs are led by ID Leaders, students committed to inclusive excellence and trained in group facilitation. Through these programs, students reflect on and share their own experiences while learning from others and their different perspectives.
