And there are scores of options here— from drop-in soccer to hitting the weights at the Power Plant to a power run around campus or up to the cross.

Check out our drop-in activities when you need a study break. We’ve got everything from basketball to badminton. Just show up, play, and enjoy. No harm or foul if you can’t make it next week.

Our fitness workshops are another great way to stay active and healthy. Students can attend Pilates, kickboxing, and weight training classes 1-2 times a week. And classes only cost you some sweat.

Outdoor adventure trips break students out of the campus bubble through outings to Yosemite for camping and Northstar for skiing. 

Of course, the fitness and recreation program isn’t just all fun and no pay. Saint Mary’s students can also apply to work or intern as basketball officials, sportswriters, camp counselors, and more.
