For those graduating in Spring 2013/2014: 

The Graduate Commencement Registration (GCR) Form must be submitted no later than Friday, March 14, along with the Graduate Commencement and Degree Processing fee to the Receptionist at the Kalmanovitz School of Education (KSOE).  Alternative dates for filing before the final deadlines are listed if you will finish your progrom before Spring. 

Once you have given the GCR form and fee (check) to the Receptionist at KSOE, we will run a degree audit to determine if you have registered for all the courses needed for the degree.  If the audit process discovers any issues, you will be notified by your Program Director so the situation can be resolved in a timely manner.   

Note: Participation in the commencement ceremony is subject to KSOE Program Director approval.  If you are not approved for participation, you will be notified by your Program Director.

Commencement ceremonies will take place on Sunday May 25, 2014.

The Degree Verification Petition ProQuest Approval Form must be submitted to the Receptionist at KSOE after all requirements have been met so that your degree can be posted.
